What You'll Do:
- Schedule and dispatch installation jobs like a pro!
- Build awesome relationships with customers and vendors.
- Ensure our installers have everything they need to shine.
- Keep communication flowing and projects on track.
- Manage materials and resources for maximum efficiency.
- Oversee all the paperwork and permits.
- Participate in the call queue and join our Saturday on-call rotation (once a month).
What We’re Looking For:
- High school diploma or equivalent (extra points for home services education!).
- Experience in coordination or admin roles, ideally in plumbing or construction.
- Skills in scheduling software and MS Office (Service Titan experience is a bonus!).
- A multitasker with great communication and customer service skills.
- This position is located in Taylor, Texas. You will be required to commute to Taylor on a daily basis.
